Did you know:

  • In 2011, in London town centres, walkers spent £147 more per month than those travelling by car.
  • With LTNs in place, streets are still open to enable deliveries, and for customers to reach you by car.
  • Shopkeepers consistently overestimate the share of their customers coming by car, sometimes by a factor of as much as 400 per cent.

More information at FAQ: Good for business.

If you can see that your business can benefit from LTNs, then we want to make sure that our supporters, all local, know about your business.

How? With your collaboration, we would publish a page about your business: Are you new, or a cornerstone of the community? Are you a family business? What services or products do you provide? How can people continue to access your business despite lockdown? Why do you think LTNs are good for your business? And some photos and a map to make sure people know where you are.
